Our school has gotten certificates for freebies that the teachers attach to the certificates the kids get at the 9 week recognition assemblies from:
Taco Bell, Papa John's pizza, Pizza Hut,and Sonic.
Sorry I don't have contact info--the principal gets these so I don't know the info. I'd just ask your local restaurant--they can tell you who you'd need to talk to about them.
Also, if you have a Chik Fil A, contact them about a free sandwich coupon they have for your PTO/PTA membership drive. They contacted us and we received as many as we thought we'd need (300).They say thank you for joining and have a free sandwich courtesy of Chik Fil A. Totally free, no buy one, get one clause.

I was just on the Roger Williams Zoo website (in Providence) and they will give each child free zoo admission with a report card showing A or B grades, or marked improvement.
Barnes & Noble also has a reading program over the summer. Go to any participating Barnes & Noble and pick up a kids reading log. When they finish the log, they return the log to the store and pick a free book. They have a selected assortment of books to choose from. My kids have already turned in one and working on the next!
