I have a question regarding reimbursements. I am the treasurer of a PTO. We had a fundraiser recently and it did require some work. About four or five men got together and worked for about 4 hours on a fundraiser for our playground. They ordered pizza and beer as they worked. They submitted the receipts to me for payment. My opinion is definitely "no" on the beer, but what about the pizza. Please note that there was no prior knowledge that they would be doing this (ordering food and beer). Please note that we are a non-profit, tax-exempt organization (if it makes a difference).
