Are you talking about a child's wagon? What if you used paper maché and turn your wagon into an eagle. The rectangle of the wagon is the body and the wings could be attached on both sides with cloth tape to allow them to move up and down like it is flying. Kids could control the strings attached to the wings and make them "flap". Then have the kids dressed in patriotic colors or your school colors.

If you are talking about large wagons that the children ride on...dress them up like eagles. Hats like an eagles head and wings made of cardboard and crepe paper feathers.

Thought I would go ahead and post this question. I always get back great answers to any questions I have about anything. We are having homecoming in a couple of weeks and we are all decorating wagons for each grade. I am trying to get some ideas on how we could decorate the wagons.
