Cats: Start with a very enthuastic welcome letter stating the PTO's goals. Let them know there are many ways to become involved in their child's education! We include membership info, volunteer opportunities, calendar of events, this years fundraising ideas, map of the school for new families, dates of Welcome Teas (for more info for new families) and a PTO roster of the board members and chairpersons.
I need suggestions on what to include in a welcoming packet for new students. This is our first PTO committee and we would like to create a very welcoming packet to new families.
