These are the questions that were on our parent survey that was handed out at our fall parent teacher conferences....everyone had three choices to choose from Agree, Disagree, neutrel....

19. teachers are available before/after school to assist my child
20. homework is assigned on consistant basis
21. teachers have high expectations for my child
22.my child is absent infrequently and for valid reasons
23. sastisfied with child's progress
24. prncipal provides strong leadership
25.teachers expect quality work, including homework and won't accept less
26. school rules are enforced consistently and fairly
27. I feel free to initiate contact with teachers
28. my child tries to succeed
29. my child's self esteem has improved
30. treated fairly by school personnel...secretary, lunch moms
