We make our own. We bought bussiness cards and I ran them off my computer. When we run short I just run off some more. That way we don't waste a bunch of cards and can type the school year on them.
We used our school mascott (hornet) and put a heading on it as "PTO Membership Card". We had a place for the members to sign them and the school year.
Our vice-president works at Wendy's. She asked the owner if we could place a 10% discount on the card if it was shown with a purchase. He agreed and we put the discount on the back of the card. Next year we are going to ask a couple of more business to include on the back of the card. We think this might have helped out as a selling point.
No, there are no formal PTO membership cards because there is no formal PTO umbrella organization. Each PTO is independent.
