Community activists are asking to attend meetings

Your group is not a public entity. a PTO is private even if affiliated with a public school.
You are not obligated to allow them to speak at your meetings. You don't even have to allow them to attend.

A group of disruptive community activists are requesting to attend our PTO meetings to share their thoughts on a local issue. They claim that we have to allow them in legally. Do we have to?
