If you know of schools in the area that are closing I would suggest contacting them directly. We just did that for some equipment and they were happy to see it go to a good home.

We have what might be called a 'cafetorium' curtain - between the cafeteria and gym that is in dire need of replacement. Our PTO is steadily raising funds for this - and the school board is on board with us (pun intended)... The issue is the cost vs. quality factor which is making us hesitate to commit to any one company we have seen so far. One suggestion was to look at Cragislist - as many schools are closing their doors, making it possible to purchase one a little less expensive. Any suggestions?
