We had our annual Teacher and Staff Appreciation Luncheon on May 6. This year we had a Fiesta. We decorated the room with Fiesta themed decorations and had chicken, steak, and beef tacos with all of the toppings. We had assorted fruit and desserts as well. We served punch, pop, water, iced tea, and orange juice. We spent about $600. Our ex vice president catered the event. We also had chips and salsa on every table. There was actually enough food and desserts for everyone to enjoy the next day!
