You might want to add a way to find the new files that have been added.

Thanks JHB! 2 great suggestions. We'll definitely add some text to explain what types of files are allowed and to remind people they might want to remove their personal info. I'm collecting all these enhancements and suggestions and we'll get them in place in a few weeks.

Allowed filetypes are: .jpg, .pdf, .txt, .doc, .gif, .xls, .rtf, .ppt, .zip

What a great new feature for us to play with. Thanks!

One things I noticed in my very quick look - you might want to add some instructions. Is ANY file type accepted? Those sharing should be reminded to eliminate personal information. If it's a sample and has the school name embedded, that's one thing, but if it has a person's name and especially contact info - you definitely want to neutralize that before sharing.

I just posted about this new tool on the blog but also wanted to give everyone here a heads up about the File Exchange .

Since this message board started we've had lots of folks talking about the documents they use and often others ask to receive them by email. With the File Exchange it's much easier to share and swap these files. You upload the file, assign it to the right category, and give it a short description. It goes into the system and is available to everyone.

Should be a good time-saver as you won't need to start from scratch when creating a document. And I expect it will be a great way to tap into ideas by looking at docs other groups are using.

Would love to have you check it out, upload/download a few docs, and let us know what you think.
