To your principals issue - the beauty of PTO Manager is parents would have access to their own data (not anyone elses) and can decide what they are comfortable having in the program. We believe the chance of anyone breaking into the system are slim, but regardless, parents control their data which means they are in control!

I was discussing the Volunteer Builder program with our Principal and she was leary of having our parents name and phone number on a web based program. She said if I did this I would need to notify all parents that their info would be listed and obtain their approval. How secure is the sight and does she have reason to be cautious? I never really thought about that.
Just wondering who has used this in the past, especially the money manager, and how they liked it. We want to switch this year from the reallyl bad software we have to this.
