Almost everyone had cookies or samples of their wares (pizzas, brownies, popcorn, coffee). Walked out with two bags of info and freebies. I had my school supply list on hand to give to all the vendors for quotes on pre-packaged supplies, found three assemblies for next year, decided the dippin dots man HAS to come to our picnic, and found an alternative solution to the smoothie machine debate.
We got there about 9:45 and everything was rolling. It's only a twenty minute drive for us but we had to drop off our little darlings at school. Didn't participate in any of the classes, just sucked in tons of info along the way.
Were We At The Same Place!please!!i Love The Pto Expos, those In The Past.this One Was Not Very Good.there Was Nowere To Set.there Were Very Few Booths.and The Classes Were Reruns Of The Past, that Is If You Could Get A Set And You Did Not Have To Sit On The Ground.you Also Could Not Hear A Thing With All The People Walking And Talking, There Were No Hand Outs,no Welcome And It Started Late.we Got There On Time And We Had A 2 Hour Drive.i'm Sorry But If This Was My First Time To The Expo I To Might Have Loved It But They Have Done Much Better In The Past.
The Expo was awesome!! Only me and one other girl went, the other two had to cancel out due to sick kids. We had a blast - I can't remember being this excited since I first started my PTO life. We got so many great ideas and I ate enough white chocolate macadamia cookies to carry me over to the next cookie dough sale.
Thanks PTO today!!
We just attended the Expo in Mass and what a great time we had. The only thingh that we spent money on was lunch and that was for a quick bite on the way home.
A bunch of us girls are planning on going Monday and were wondering if we needed spending money. Our tickets are paid for. We're not a cash n' carry group and need to know if we should stop at the ATM on the way.
