We continue to make enhancements to improve the functionality of PTO Manager. In response to your feedback we are pleased to let you know we have made three additional improvements to PTO Manager.
1.
Sign in feature - Enables visitors and volunteers to sign in/out at the school. Volunteer hours/tasks will be automatically updated in Manager and you will get a listing for security purposes of who is in the building and their location. All you need is a computer with internet connection set up in the school office. Check out the Message Board on our website at

2.
Session Time Out Warning - As you know, your PTO Manager session will time out if you are inactive for 15 minutes. You will now get a message which says, " PTO Manager Time Out Warning" before your session times out. Simply "Click here to keep session alive."
3.
Random Characters Removed - Previously when you created email messages in another program and cut/pasted into Manager, some of the characters (", ', and -) were replaced with question marks. This glitch has been corrected!
