Hi Mike - Thanks for the enhancements...I have one more for you to add to
your future list. I know you changed the calendar order which the events are
displayed on the screen (which was great!), but I'd like to see it go one
step further and have each event have an "Show/Don't Show" option so that
once an event is completed for a year, we could select "don't show" which
then bumps the upcoming events up to the top of the screen for your
volunteers to view. At the start of the new year, we can then select "show"
and refresh the system.
Let me know if that doesn't make sense. Thanks!
Good news! The system already allows you to accomplish this. Every event has a field labeled "allow volunteers to view this event". After the event, simply edit the event (by clicking on the EDIT button from the event screen) and take the check mark out of that field so the event does not display for your volunteers.
