When sending emails from PTO Manager, you will occasionally get "bounced emails". Bounced emails result from:
1. Bad email addresses in your system
2. Automatic responses like "out of office" or spam filters
3. Temporary problems with recipients email addresses.
Previously we had to set your school's bounced email address. Now you can determine where those emails go by following these steps:
1. Go to the SETUP tab
2. Select SCHOOL
3. Fill in/edit the email in the box labeled "Address for bounced emails"
