Finance Manager does track assets but not liabilities. We do add new features but this is not one I have heard requested before. Just wondering , what are you tracking?

I see now how the headings and categories work.

Can i have liability accounts and create a balance sheet?

No - we don't have subcategories. If you want that type of detail, you can have Field trips as the heading and 1st grade free trips as the category...

can you have a sub-category under a category?
for instance Field Trips is an expense category, but I also want to see this broken down into 1st grade field trips, 2nd grade field trips,etc.
