When either you or your volunteers are having problems logging into the system, the first thing to try is to send yourself (them) a password reminder. Often the login troubles are password related (not capitilizing the correct letters, forgot password, etc). To send a password reminder follow these steps:
2. Enter the email address under where it asks "Forgot your Password?"
3. The system will send you an email with your password and a link to automatically log you into PTO Manager. The email is usually takes about 10 minutes to arrive.
