Couple of answers. You could certainly use some of the tools of the pledge program (the bulletin board cut-outs for those who make it, for example), but a lot of the letters -- and the spirit of the program, really -- don't apply here. The letters focus a ton on those parents who are reluctant to get involved and warmly walking them into the first steps of involvement. That's not really what's happening at your school.
On the other hand, though, the hours-tracking tools in the PTO Manager software (www.ptotoday.com/manager
) could be lifesavers for you guys.
Our school requires that all families participate in the school or parish for at least 35 hours per year. Would it be appropriate to use the Pledge program with our situation?
