You sure can have the same email for 2 different schools - you just need to make sure to have 2 different passwords. Also - when logging into the system we recommend going to www.ptomanager.com/home/login.html
and entering your email and password. Then when you want to go to the other school, logout from the first school, close your browser and go bact to www.ptomanager.com/home/login.html.
I have a question. I have a child in Elementary School and a child in Middle School (Two different schools, two different PTOs). Both schools use PTO Manager. When trying to input my email address into both schools, we get a message saying this email address is already in use by .........at .........school. When I log in the PTO Manager, it pulls up the first school I was entered into. Can you be registered at two different schools with the same email address and not miss the emails at one school? Does that make sense? I sure hope so. I worked hard to get both schools on the PTO Manager program and I LOVE it. I am the Coordinator for one of the two schools and I've been singing its praises to all the schools in our district. It makes my job so much easier.
