I'm using one to flag room parents, and one to flag people who work for companies that provide matching funds for people who donate their time to the PTA/PTO. (ExxonMobil is one example of a company that does this.)
Anyone want to share ideas of how to use the custom fields within the software? Just looking to see if there is anyone who has used the software enough to offer some suggestions. We want to try to have it set up (customized) before our Volunteer Orientation. Of course we want to gather as much information as possible, but not sure what additional info would be helpful. The standard fields seem to cover just about all of the stuff we have asked for in the past - any thoughts???
