year to year maintenance

Yes, PTO Manager pricing is based on a yearly fee. Remember that this fee includes absolutely everything - upgrades, customer service, data back-up, hosting, etc.

Hope this answers your question.

Hey Mike, I'm just checking, this is a yearly/annual service that would need to be renewed?

Good question. One of the many big advantages of PTO Manager is that you don't have to start from scratch every year. Most of your volunteers are in the database and all you need to do is get them to update their information and the data on their students. To accomplish this you can easily send an email through Manager or utilize traditional communication methods.

For new parents, they can either enter their own information or you can add them to PTO Manager.

Parents who have left the area or had their students graduate can be made inactive within the database. This is better than deleting them because this way your past volunteer data remains complete. Once again, you can use PTO Manager to find out who is leaving/has left by sending an email to all parents who only has a student in the oldest grade in your school.

I hope this answers your question. Feel free to email me directly at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you have any additional questions.

Good Luck!

I had a question about how you input the information next year, new parents, etc and remove the parents who have left or moved on to another school. Do you start with a new slate each year, or edit everything?
