You may have noticed that we just launched a new service called PTO Manager. It's an online software solution designed exclusively for school parent-teacher groups.

To start, we have two modules:
1. Volunteer Manager -- to help group leaders, recruti, manage, track and communicate with volunteers more effectively.
2. Finance Manager -- kind of like a Quicken or Quickbooks just for parent groups and treasurers.
One (of the many) neat thing is that the software will all be hosted online, so multiple leaders will all be able to access and use the program from multiple machines at the same time. Means that the treasurer can be doing the books and the VP can be checking out the bank balance (with view-only permission) at the same time from their two different homes. In same way, your three committee chairs can all be using the system to recruit volunteers for their next events -- all at the same time. Nice.
Anyway.... this forum should be the spot for two things:
1. Folks thinking about the software to ask questions and get feedback.
2. Current users to network and share ideas and brainstorm new uses for this powerful system.
