Our PTO and PTG will be paying for us to attend this year (Philly Show) The PTO is sending four officers and the PTG three officers.

Three years back our PTO did the same - sending two officers.

Last year 2 of the 5 officers stayed overnight for the conference. Out PTO covered the cost of the conference, stay and food. Well worth the investment. This year is a one day, so we purchased 8 tickets for other parents interested in considering office for the new PTOs.

This is now budgeted in from the start. Price of tickets: $240
Time involved: one day
Its worth: priceless

Can't wait to go again this year.

Our PTO has agreed to pay the fee for the conference for our officers to attend, but the officers will be responsible for the cost of getting there, hotel if they want to stay, meals, etc.

Just wondering how trips to a PTO conference are usually funded? Any information is helpful!
