Tim, Momski has a point about the time of the year. Our PTO is winding down in the spring and between 1 in t-ball and 2 in soccer activities are widing up. I would think late fall would be better time of the year.
Tim,
Sorry for the second reply but here is a question for you. Why have the conventions in the spring? Why not the fall when things are kicking off instead of winding down?
Tim,
I have to agree with everyone on the later in the week because I also work part-time. It is much easier to take off later in the week for me. I'm off Friday's anyway. Things seem to be wiinding down by that time of the week. To be perfectly honest with you, I would definitely rearrange my patient schedule to be able to attend if the only day that was available was a working day. Hope that this helps. Keep up the great work!! Our HSA has definitely benefitted from your magazine, your website and your convention.
I would love to see you guys come to Portland, Oregon. We have a great Convention Center here! As for weekdays vs. weekend. I like the idea of a weekday...Wednesdays are good! Mondays are bad because there is always alot to catch up on after a weekend and from Thursday on things get hectic. As for the weekend...I am sure more people would be able to attend...so who knows which way is the best way to go!
Definitely think later in the week works best- Thurs/Friday or Friday/Saturday. PLEASE stay in Philly!! The convention was terrific!!
