Actually, we've had IRS folks at all 4 of our Shows to date, and they've been amazingly helpful. There isn't an IRS employee out there who's looking to "get" well-intentioned volunteer groups. They do all they can to educate volunteer groups and help those groups get things right.

The schedules for all of our Shows are about 80% complete. In a lot of cases, we know we'll have an "IRS Agent" (for example), but we're waiting to see if the agent has to have a certain time slot. Those small scheduling details are so important (and such a challenge!).
We're hoping to have finalized seminar schedule by end of November, and -- when we do -- we'll be contacting all attendees to choose their sessions online.
We reg. for the Dallas meeting about 6 weeks ago, but have not received a schedule of events. Is the schedule set yet??? When will be get it? Any info would be appreciated!
