How about "Feature Teacher"?

Well I love beignets...but we do one similar and we call it "Let me introduce you to" and then fill in the name each time with the teacher. The idea is to read about them and then we end each column with "So if you see _____________ say hi. They're one of the people that makes our school GGGGREEEAAAATTTTT!!!!!!!!!

Faculty Focus?

While I don't know what to call your column.. how about adding favorite color, pet's name and things like that.. and rather than SAY who it is, make it into a contest. ask people to send in a slip of paper who they THINK it is, and the first 10 kids who get it right win a free pencil, or something!

I would like do do a "spotlight" on each teacher for our newsletter. something so we can learn from each teacher like:

how many years teaching
what made you go into teaching
hobbies
secret desire (would love to learn to tap dance ex)
what do you love most about our school and our student?

I don't know what to call it. For our PTO, I did a similar thing but called it "Get to know your PTO"
