As a retired headteacher of a school in England, now working as an educational consultant, I think the the key to any appointment is one that you have no control over - that is who will best fit into the school family. Sometimes the school may need a lively over the top type of person, at others a quiet contemplative, competent teacher. These are factors you have no control over so my advice would be to be honest to yourself and be yourself.
However in answer to your questions
1. Enthusiasm
2. Why do you want to work here? What do you see yourself doing in 5 years? What are you doing now to make sure you achieve the goals you have set yourself for 5 years time?
3. What extra things do you think I can bring to the school? Don't ask non school questions like where is a good bar!!
4. Honest ones that are well thought out - like where are your weaknesses? Explain where they may be but then add what you are doing about them.
5. Look at where you want to work and keep on searching for opportunities there!
Hope this helps.
Best of luck in your future career.
