Unfortunately, another student has already made the request to be moved to another classroom, or they will be leaving the school. The family was supposed to find out today if the principal was going to accomodate their request to move. I think if the principal starts letting kids move, there will be a mass exodus out.
My son's teacher is retiring at the end of this year and should have done so quite some time ago. He is mean to students, not encouraging and not supportive of the class at all. What can I do? I am worried that if I go to the principal, it will get taken out on my son in class and he will hate school and shut down. It is important for my son to continue to do well. He caught up on reading and cannot afford to get behind because of a poor teacher
