Great, I am glad that was helpful! I really like the surveys as they let us know what the teachers are looking for, plus I think it makes the teachers feel like we are listening to them and that what they think matters.
Thinks for the ideas. I might borrow some. We have had vague complaints about what the PTO has or hasn't done in the past. I am trying to see how things are now to try to keep them from going wrong or make them better.

We do a teacher survey, but we do not ask them what they think of our group. Our Survey asks them what class trips, in house programs, and assemblies they would like to see for their class.
We also attach a wish list where they can note what specific items they need or want for their classroom.
