Teacher Grants from HSA

15 years 9 months ago #148080 by drncurrie
Hello,

I would also be interested in anyone who could provide a sample grant application. Our PTA can't afford to give money or gift cards to every teacher, however, we want to help with certain educational expenses where we can. I just want it to be a fair process. I thought giving out small grants would work for us. I'd love to hear from any PTA/PTO/HSA that does this now. I could really use some advice.

Thanks,
Denise

Hi all -

Does anyone have a sample of a "grant" application that you use for your teachers to ask for money from the HSA for a specific project? In addition to what we give each of the teachers at the beginning of the year for classroom expenses, we would like to give each grade level a mini-grant for language arts literacy programs in the classroom. I know that some other PTO's award grants from the PTO to the teachers and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share a form with me.

Thanks,

Lyn Collins
