This isn't an easy confrontation but it's one I also had to make. The offending party took the classic bully approach: cried, claimed unfairness, misunderstanding. Actually tried to present herself as the bullied rather than the bully. Ultimately, though, it was best for the group because she straightened up and became a contributing member of the team. Oh, we were never friends after that but that's OK. Part of being a leader means you have be able to manage these relationships without worrying about if folks will still like you later.Originally posted by CapeDad:
