Yes, I went to Bonus Tools but I can't download them on my computer. I'm still windows me/explorer 6/dialup and it won't download this old version. Santa will be bringing me a new laptop but until then I'm stuck on my turtle.

We have our tresurer and a staff member sign all of our checks, and there are two or three staff members that are on the account that are able to sign. I do not know if these will work but . . .
All checks are required to be signed by both President and Tresurer. In case of a absence Vice-Pres may sign.
Officers will be 1 President, 1 Vice, 1 Sec, and 1 Tres. The Sec and Tres may be combined as one office, in the case of no other nominations for one or both offices.
Again I do not know if that will work but it was just a thought.
I'm stuck, I'm having a brain fart or something. I can't figure out how to word this....I need to change our bylaws,one thing we need is for it to read checks signed by President and Tresurer but if one is absent then Vice-Pres can sign. Can not word it right everything I write looks off. Also need to rewrite this....we have 1 Pres, 1 Vice-pres, 1 Sec and 1 Tres. unless there are no nominations and then Sec & Tres can be put together. Can not find the right words for that either. Heeeelp meee please.
