bylaws for a new charter school

We aren't! Our by-laws are really not much different than most with the exception if you want to focus more on volunteer hours and duties that way.

My attention is really short right now (kids are home already and dealing with so many "unfairs"!
Love to talk more but e-mail me at pcsptohotmail that's at yahoo.com.

OOHHHH that's the youngest crying....poor thing three big brothers ......yeah e-mail me!!

I don't know why Charter Schools would be any different than a public school at least as far as organizing a PTO. You may need to look at eligibility requirements to serve on the management committee but that would be part of the normal tailoring of a charter/by-laws that should be done anyway.

Ours are posted here:

and click on the link to the Charter on the left hand side.

bylaws for a new charter school was created by GrizzlyMom
Hi...We are a brand new Charter school and we need to create some bylaws for our "management committee." Any ideas? I have looked over some of the existing PTA/PTO bylaws, but does anyone have any experience with Charter Schools? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
