Do a search on these message boards for by laws. You'll find a wealth of information. I was able to print out several copies for us to look at and compare to our own. We are currently revising ours.
I have currently been reviewing our bylaws. They are over 7 years old. We have nothing in our current document about funds being held over, if no volunteers step forward can we vote in the current member if they wish to continue on in the same position, etc.
Can anyone help me? I would love to see some samples of other bylaws to get my group updated and on our way.
