Recording meetings

ScottMom, We've never had a problem with this because our Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary both take notes at the meetings every month. They then type up the Minutes and it is presented to the members for approval of the minutes. Do you do that now?

We are having problems with a certain member always saying we didn't discuss that or I didn't agree to that at our meetings and have therefore been duscussing tape recording them for accuracy. Have any of you had similar problems or record your meetings?

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris
