Here is my vision. Since the ESS cut backs I would love to see the PTO support an enrichment class instead of spending money on DVDs, copiers, and other things that SBDM and other budgets can pay for. Here is my questions:
Are we allowed to pay someone to hold an after school program for one or two days a week or even per month?
Are we allowed to charge students for this program to help pay the supervising person?
Would the PTO would be able to choose the person or would our board have to (I guess that would vary from place to place?
