To those looking for bylaws. Typing into your search area PTO bylaws will get you at least 30 different sets of bylaws. And you will see a few variations.

So we are now needing to create by-laws and duty requirements and how to even elect a board.
Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated!

We hold an election every year to vote in the pres. v.pres, secret. treasurer and the board of directors. The parents of the student population votes. Each memember can only hold a position for 2 years then they are gone or move to a different one (they still need to be elected).
