In writing. You do not have to give a reason unless you want to, but do it in writing. Keep a copy. Theft of funds/merchandise will come back and bite hard, and you don't want to be included in the group.

I need help!!! I want to leave my position as secretary of our HSA ASAP. The reasons why are: Stealing money by our own group members, stealing fudraising items, people not doing their job description, president and the principal looking the other way while this is done. The grade parent person already left due to the same reasons. My child still attends the school, so I want to leave in good terms. How do I do that? It is not stated on our by-laws. Please respond.
