The IRS has no such requirement. If you think there is that requirement somewhere, it's possible it is in your bylaws.

We never have in the past, but I would like to also know what we are suppose to be doing.

Financial Records and being 501(c)(3) was created by tdavis
As a 501(c)(3) are we required to publish publicly our 2004-2005 budget recommendation BEFORE it is voted on?
