Click on the "useful resources" section in the frame at the left (under PTO basics) and you'll find a bunch of sample bylaws there.

I hope someone can help. We are a small private non-profit school that after 25 years have discovered that our PTO has no bylaws. Does anyone know where I can get a prototype to start from? I don't even know what should be covered other than the most obvious(Elections, treasury, etc.)
