We have an upcoming PTO meeting next week with elections being held for next year's Executive Board positions. To date, we have a slate with a Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. We have yet to receive a nomination for President. What happens if no one steps forward for this position? Do we have to fold the parent organization? Can we restructure our organization to run effectively without a president?
