Hi we are thinking about this too... Every by-law is different depending on who wrote/changed them. Ours says nothing about spending$ on gifts. I wanted to spend some to take the main really die hard crew to dinner (6 & husbands) but was not sure... We decided on a party at one of our members house (potluck) it is going to be really fun we may do white elephant gifts!!
I also think I will thank my few most dedicated die hards with a small personal gift out of my own pocket!! [img]tongue.gif[/img]
are there any bylaws on how much to spend or if you are allowed to use the pto funds for gifts you buy members of the pto.should you spend the pto funds to buy gifts for members that chair committees?
