Sorry to hear about your problem. I believe you are able to call an emergency meeting of the board. Contact each member. Set up the meeting, I would say give 48 hrs notice. You may even want to only have Exec board members if you think appropriate. If the problem is big enough, you may want to invite an "outsider". Like the principal if she is not on your board.

I am president of PFA and need to call a special meeting to discuss "missing money" and a resolution that has been offered. Has anyone dealth with this? Do I need a special agenda? Any ideas would be helpful! :confused:
