From the sounds of it, it is an important sounding word used for "contact person"
I'm filling out Ohio's Initial Articles of Incorporation form and I have a couple questions I'm hoping someone can answer.
1. Do I need to send anything else in with the Articles of Incorporation? The instructions don't say.
2. Original Appointment of Statutory Agent: Can this be the president (me) or does it need to be someone else? I'm also one of the authorized representatives.
3. What exactly is the Statutory Agent's responsibilty?
