I am an officer in the PTO and received a letter in the mail that a PTO meeting was scheduled and invited all the parents!! This letter was sent to all parents of the school (grades K-7) An unauthorized group sent the mailing and received the names & addresses from the school principal!
What do we (Pres, VP, Sec)do about the meeting and is giving our names & addresses out against some policy, or illegal? We are caught off guard!! The reason for the meeting is to install "their" officers instead of the officers elected at the last meeting of our PTO.
