I will be drafting bylaws this summer for our PTO and would like sample articles regarding membership. We have many good people who voluteer at our school but who are not necessarily the parent or legal guardian. They are usually the grandparent or aunt/uncle. I think that these people should be included in our membership and should have all the voting rights that comes with that membership. Does any one have any sample articles that would cover this or could be tailored to suit our needs?
