The beauty of PT"O" is that it's what you make it - there is no wrong way. As for insurance - I would recommend asking your district if they have guidelines/requirements. There is a vendor who advertises on this site who's own site is VERY user friendly (no - I don't work for them) to get pricing and a policy. Good luck!
