Who are the members, because the membership is who votes. Personally, I would elect clerks to count the votes and do it right there. That way you can announce results that evening.
I'm assuming you have multiple candidates, or else you wouldn't be asking this question.
Hello, I need some help. At the April PTO meeting we nominated people for office. In May we are going to vote. Do we count the votes that night at the meeting? Also are the teachers aloud to vote, how about the principal? This is the first year we ever had a vote, don't know why, have been PTO president for this year and have gone by the book all year, I think it's the first time ever!! Thank you!
