I would suggest including in your proposal the reason to separate such a the goal (an aeducational activity or event) you would like to sponsor using these proposed profits from separating..2nd thing is remember parents have a strong voice--If they want to change let them speak out also sometimes that is all it takes--If the one making the profits relizes people aren't happy with the current sitautiona and it is going to effect profits they will usually work something out.

The PTO now needs to present a solution of splitting into 6-12 contract and K-5 contract.Currently Profits alternate yearly between high school student council and the k-5 buildings.In our proposal K-5 and 6-12 each would keep their prospective profits every year. i need help writing this up in a proper format.
