Crystal has it on the nose!! Our Secretary has been gone most of the year and either the Vice Pres or myself take notes or (usually) combine our thoughts later! (sure do miss having a secretary though!)
At various times we have had officers who could not be present. As long as the majority are in attendance that is fine...just make sure you have someone to take the minutes in her absence.
We have an Executive committee (President, Treasurer, and a Secretary)for our PTO and several PTO members. Our Secretary is going to be absent for one of our meetings. I was wondering if anyone knew if she had to be at the meeting in order to conduct this PTO meeting or if the President and Treasurer is sufficient.
